Lead Instructor Ground Classes
Air Commodore Vishwajit Dedgaonkar (veteran)
Indian Air Force combat pilot with over 3,400 flying hours and extensive expertise in aviation operations, flight safety, training, and strategic leadership. He has led critical operational and training initiatives across the IAF. His distinguished career is marked by two Presidential Awards (VM, VSM), exceptional leadership, and a lifelong commitment to aviation excellence and mentorship.

Airbus & Ground Class Instructor
Capt. Tushar Kaul
An experienced Airbus specialist with A320/A321 type rating from Sharjah. He leads ground classes and Airbus pre–type rating training, bringing strong technical expertise, real-world insights, and structured instruction to help pilots build confidence and airline-ready knowledge

R.T.R Ground Class Instructor
Group Capt Jagadish K Joshi (veteran)
Commissioned in the Indian Air Force in Dec 1980. He is an ATC officer and served for more than 25 years in the Air Traffic control setup and was posted in various fighter bases across India, He also served at Mumbai International Airport as DGM, ensuring safe skies by effective communication. He is a very dedicated professional and achieved excellence in his profession.

Capt. Sahil Gandhi
A navigation specialist who completed his CPL from Florida, USA. Known for his 100% success rate, he is a student favourite for his clear explanations, structured teaching approach, and ability to simplify complex navigation concepts effectively

Ground Class Instructor
Group Capt. Sanjeev Kumar (veteran)
Served the Indian Air Force as a ground duty Aeronautical Eng. Officer. Radar and Communication specialist having served in the Air Defense Ground Environmental System of the IAF. Obtained his Master's degree in Aerospace Eng. from Pune University. After retirement from the IAF, he joined Symbiosis University and served as a faculty for 10 years.

Sqn Ldr Ajey Paranjape (veteran)
Founder Director
Indian Air Force veteran and the brain behind manufacturing of Yoskies Flight Simulators. Received advanced training in Ukraine and established India's first and only Antonov An-32 overhaul line. He was awarded the Chief of Air Staff Commendation by then Air Chief Marshals, twice.
